Ejari is Dubai's official system for registering tenancy contracts, administered under the Dubai Land Department.
Why it matters
- Mainland trade licences require a registered office tenancy
- Family residence visas require a registered home tenancy
- Utility connections and many government services ask for Ejari

Renewal
Ejari must be renewed with each new tenancy contract period.
