What RAK ICC companies are used for

Requirements
- A registered agent approved by RAK ICC
- At least one shareholder and one director, who can be non-residents
- Registered office through the agent
- UBO register and accounting records
- Corporate tax registration and filing
Limitations
RAK ICC companies cannot trade in the UAE, lease office space or sponsor residence visas.
Common questions
Can RAK ICC companies have bank accounts?
Yes. Banks will want to understand the assets held and the owners' background.
Does a RAK ICC company give me residency?
No. Residency requires a mainland or free zone company, employment or a Golden Visa route.
